Cross-Platform Utility App with Messaging

I’m building a utility app that will run natively on both iOS and Android. Even though the primary purpose is utility, I want it to feel as social and engaging as the best communication tools out there.

Core features I need implemented:
• Messaging
• Photo/Video Sharing
• User Profiles

Clean, intuitive UI and reliable performance across the two platforms are critical. You are free to approach the build in Swift + Kotlin or with a cross-platform framework such as Flutter or React Native, so long as the end result meets current App Store and Google Play guidelines.

Final deliverables will include:
• Fully functional iOS and Android apps
• All project source code with clear inline documentation
• A brief setup guide so I can reproduce the builds locally

If you have prior experience delivering similar feature sets and can keep communication transparent throughout the process, the project should move quickly.
