Cross-Platform Utility App Development

I’m building a practical utility app and need it released on both iOS and Android from day one. I’ll rely on you to handle the complete mobile build—designing the screens, coding the native functionality, integrating any required APIs or device features, and guiding the project through App Store and Play Store submission.

Because this is a green-field project, a clear roadmap matters more to me than a long résumé. Please attach a detailed project proposal that shows the milestones you’d follow, the tech stack you recommend (Swift / Kotlin, Flutter, React Native, or another cross-platform route—convince me), an outline of the core features, and an estimated delivery schedule.

Deliverables
• Universal utility app fully functional on current iOS and Android versions
• Clean, well-commented source code in a shared Git repository
• Brief setup & build instructions, plus launch-ready store assets
• Two weeks of post-launch bug-fix support
