Cross-Platform Social Media App Development

I'm looking to develop a MVP app for both iOS and Android platforms.

Email signup (tenant + landlord separate flows)
Login/logout

Tenant criteria; (optional but necessary if want to contact a landlord); annual income, employed, unemployed or student, marital estatus, eligible for mortgage, been related to any crimes
3. Landlord Profile
Name, contact
Property: photos, price, location, bedrooms
Ideal tenant criteria
4. Swipe Feed
Infinite scroll of properties (like tiktok)
Like; saves the property on your profile

5. Matching Logic
If tenant clicks match AND property matches tenant's budget/zone AND tenant meets landlord's criteria → Match
Match = chat opens
6. Chat
Text messaging between matched pairs only
Simple chat list
7. Basic Dashboard
View own profile
View saved properties (liked)
View active chats
Create/edit property (landlord only)

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in mobile MVP app development
- Experience on design apps (the design is very important)
