I need a full-featured seafood delivery application built simultaneously for iOS and Android. Customers should be able to browse fresh catches, add items to a cart, and check out through a single, seamless payment flow.

The heart of the project is a secure payment gateway integration that accepts both credit/debit cards and direct bank transfers on launch day. PCI-DSS compliance, encrypted data transport, and a smooth refund flow are essential. I am not prioritising digital wallets right now, but I would like the architecture kept flexible so we can add them without major rework.

You’re free to choose the most efficient approach—native Swift/Kotlin or a cross-platform stack such as Flutter or React Native—so long as the end result meets Apple App Store and Google Play submission requirements.
