Cross-Platform Mobile App Build -- 2

I have an app concept that now needs to turn into a fully functioning product on both iOS and Android. At this stage I’m gathering an experienced mobile developer (or small team) who can lead the project end-to-end: refine the feature set with me, choose the right cross-platform stack (Swift/Kotlin native, React Native, Flutter—whichever best fits the goals), design an intuitive UI, and deliver clean, maintainable code ready for App Store and Google Play release.

Key points you should know
• Target platforms: iOS and Android, released simultaneously.
• Scope: full-cycle development—architecture, UX/UI, coding, testing, store submission, and a brief hand-off session so I can manage future updates confidently.
• Tech flexibility: I’m open to the framework you’re most efficient with, as long as the final apps feel native and performant.
• Collaboration: expect frequent check-ins, milestone builds, and transparent source-control access (Git).

Deliverables
1. Interactive prototypes/wireframes approved before coding.
2. Production-ready source code with clear documentation.
3. Tested builds uploaded to TestFlight and internal testing tracks.
4. Successful listing on both stores, including screenshots and metadata.
