Cross Platform IPTV Player Build

I need an IPTV player that installs and feels native on iOS, Android, and Windows. Core functions come first: smooth Live TV streaming, a reliable VOD catalog, and an Electronic Program Guide that fills quickly and stays in sync. On top of that, I also want Catch-Up, full Timeshift controls (pause, rewind, fast-forward), and a simple Radio section for audio-only channels.

the player should have trial period and yearly payment option/lifetime payment option.
they are able to manage playlist using website wich is connected to the players backend.

mac adress/ device id for login change playlist/addplaylist/remove playlist / renew player sub / check player sub date etc

it should be posted on our name to all platforms so the app should be available on all cross platforms samsung philips tlc ios android etc tizen webos etc etc

so there should be a admin area to manage all mac adress of players for extend / disable / ban / reactivation process after payment.
