Cross-Platform App Development for Store Upload

I'm looking for an experienced developer to create and upload a mobile app on both iOS and Android platforms. The two apps has been built and are functional in a web based software that wont allow uploading to app store. I need someone to take what i have that works and create uploadable apps to app and google play store
