Create Dating app like Tinder (Tinder clone) with new algorythm

Hello,

I am looking for a trusted developper to work for long term on either Flutter or React Native (I don't know which one is best, need your expertise or if you want to use anything else).

To make the project faster and with better budget, I personnaly think it's best to use Tinder clon script such as ones can be found here:

I want to create a Dating app.

Basically, I just want the ELO/Algorythm based on activity of user and not as how Tinder algorythm and most dating app ELO currently works (they work based on number of likes you receive, I do not want that.)

Active user will be more seen than someone inactive.
Someone who has been on app 2 hours a day will be more seen than a user who only used the app for 5mns.

Of course there will be a boost when acocunt has just been created for new users lasting 24 hours => new account freshly created will be seen same as if user has user the app for 5 hours a day => it will be seen much.

Activity will be based on how frequently the user has posted pictures, updated profile, posted stories (because I want possibility for users to add stories like Instagram which will be shown in profile) etc ...

Basically, what would be your best price to create a simple app like Tinder with this algorythm first ? Looking for a cheap price as Tinder clon scripts are cheap and already contain everything, just need modification.

If you can agree on this price, I will send you all work details and custom functions I want implemented (as I want a lot) so you can estimate budget accordingly for all the custom functions.

I am looking for best price and long term work.
