Comprehensive CRM-Based Account Generation App

- Information to be tracked of the user will include age, name, email, mobile number, land line, name, address, next of kin, emergency contact, solicitors name if applicable
- Allow the uploading of files that will be stored in our server
- THE fileswill need some information that crm will then later use to action of a particular request, for example when someone uploads a document, or file the user will need to indicate when they wish a particular recipient will receive the document / file, this means we’ll also need to gather all the recipients data that the user will have to input when uploading the document, they’ll also need to indicate their relationship to the participant.
- Our CRM will need the functionality to link the file uploaded with the date requested of release to the correct participant
- When the file is sent this is to be sent to both the recipients mobile and email but prior to it a text message will need to be sent to confirm they’re willing to accept these files and agree to our terms and conditions, once that text is confirmed then we will release those documents.
- We’d also like to incorporate the option that instead of a file to be sent over that the user can schedule a message to be sent to a recipient at a preauthorised date by the creator.
