Build a marketplace
Budget: €750 – €1,500 EUR
I need a team (not individual freelancer) must have experience building a marketplace from scratch with ios and android apps (it will be a turnkey project from scratch until launching), be GDPR aware, must be able to provide reference and have completed similar online marketplace websites and apps in the past that they can demonstrate.
Signed NDA and IP agreement Required, but I will not be disclosing the actual theme of the project at the beginning, as mentioned above I am looking for an Online Marketplace And App (Android & IOS) and Suppliers should only apply if this type of project is their forte and it’s something that they can undertake and complete to a high satisfactory standard.
Please do not ask me to specify a Budget, after reviewing my requirements and discussing these requirements and provide a quote for the project. if you ask me to specify my budget, you will be removed immediately from the bidding.
Clean admin panel (backend) An admin panel allows an admin to manage system, products on the marketplace, users, bids, flagging accounts and suspension and website content. And roles for our site for different access levels.
You should be able to build a video calling app such as zoom or google meet (not separate app, it will be in-house) implemented our website with time counting.
Some of features below but not limited to this list, If you have experience about marketplaces you already know the needs for marketplaces sellers and buyers such as etsy freelancer or fiver (it will be service marketplace). Some of needs which not mentioned will be discussed. We do not have enough experience on this business so you will be the mentor.

• Invoice and receipt Generation (might be multilingual too)
• Multi- currencies
• Multi vendor
• Multi language (about 20-30 languages) (left to right, right to left) (once english version done we will start localizing)
• Multi language description input for sellers
• Messaging
• Search filters, advanced search
• Ratings on order completion
• Order management system
• Chat / Massaging
• Easy to manage content
• On site notifications-trigger email notifications optional use by vendor
• Customer support chat preferably in-house
• Tracking, Google analytics etc.
• Secure web bug free ssl.. etc
• Simple User navigation at first use
• Help page,+ might have an “ask to community” page

• Mobile apps are turnkey too including uploading to app store
• We will need huge bandwidth, system must be capable
• After launching we might keep working on hourly basis for updates etc.
