Build an app to setup reminders about taxes/compulsory insurance and third party insurance

I live in Thailand and it is difficult to keep track on when to pay yearly taxes, compulsory insurance and third party insurance. Especially if you have multiple vehicles, it is difficult to keep track and might set you off with a traffic fine or worse insurance no longer protecting the vehicle and it’s passengers. I would like to setup an app that you enter the make, mode and year of the vehicle, and this would them ask you to enter the latest information in terms of expiry for all 3 categories I just mentioned. Then an alarm would be set to remind you to take care of these services to avoid any issue. This could also enable partnership with third party insurances where you could add links to choose how you would like to renew your insurance policy. The tax and compulsory parts are taken care by the government so here no possibility to partner with anything….
