Build My Proptech Mobile App

I’m bringing a new Proptech concept to market and need the complete mobile experience crafted for both iOS and Android. The core of the product is a public-facing property marketplace—users must be able to browse, filter, and favourite listings quickly, with high-quality photos, map views and real-time availability updates.

Alongside that consumer layer, the app needs a secure landlord/tenant portal where tenants can log maintenance requests, chat with property managers, and track ticket status while landlords manage leases, documents, and payments from the same dashboard. Push notifications, role-based access, and a clean, modern UI are essential.

I’m open to native Swift/Kotlin builds or a robust cross-platform stack such as Flutter or React Native, so long as performance remains snappy and the codebase is well-documented. A lightweight admin web console (even if bootstrapped) to control listings, users, and maintenance pipelines will be part of the engagement.

Deliverables
• UX/UI mock-ups and final design files
• Fully tested iOS & Android apps, ready for App Store and Google Play submissions
• Backend with scalable API (Node, Django, or comparable) and database schema
• Admin console for property, user, and ticket management
• Deployment scripts, documentation, and hand-off support for the first release

I’ll review milestones on design sign-off, first functional build, beta release, and store approval. Let’s build something renters, agents, and landlords will actually love to use.
