Build & Distribute Internal App

My cross-platform app is fully coded and sitting on GitHub; what I’m missing is a clean, install-ready build for each platform so my team can start using it internally.

iOS
I’ll give you access to my Apple Developer account. I need you to generate the provisioning profiles, archive the project in Xcode, upload the .ipa to App Store Connect, and configure a TestFlight group so employees receive an invitation link. The TestFlight build must be installable and the main input screen (login + form) should function exactly as it does in the repo.

Android
From the same codebase, compile a signed, release-mode APK that can be sideloaded—no Play Store listing required. Once installed, the app should open straight to the login screen and accept credentials without issues.

I’ll supply:
• GitHub repository access
• Any environment files or API keys
• Test credentials to confirm the input flow

Deliverables
• TestFlight build live and shareable via public link
• Signed release APK delivered as a download link or attachment
• Brief, step-by-step notes so I can reproduce the build later

If you’re comfortable juggling Xcode, App Store Connect, Android Studio, Gradle signing, and Git, this should be a straightforward hand-off. I’m ready to start as soon as you are.
