Bicycle Messenger Delivery Tracking App

I run a bicycle courier service and need a mobile app that lets customers watch their parcels move through the city in real time. The single most important feature is delivery tracking: a live map view that updates a rider’s GPS position, shows the current status (picked up, en route, delivered), and stores a short proof-of-delivery note or photo once the run is complete.

The app must be released on both iOS and Android, with the same look and feel across platforms. I am open to the framework you prefer—whether that’s React Native, Flutter, or fully native builds—so long as the final binaries pass Apple and Google store reviews and the codebase is clean and well-documented.
