Bellus3D Faceapp Clone

I run an eCommerce store that needs custom 3D imaging of the users face. I need the same functionality of Bellus3D, where the user is asked to move the camera to properly scan their head.
Currently Bellus3D charges the users to export the model, so we would like to offer it free. Looking for quotes to have this done. Would need scan page to walk them through a scan as well as models page so they can view and delete the existing models.
