Base44 Web App to iOS App Migration

I have an existing live web app built on Base44 that I want fully migrated and published to the Apple App Store. I already have an Apple Developer account.
I am not technical, so I need someone who can handle everything end-to-end.

What I Need Done
- I’m looking for an experienced professional who can:
- Access and evaluate my existing web app (I will provide login/access)
- Use Base44 (or a compatible workflow) to migrate/wrap the web app into an iOS app
- Handle all required configuration and setup for iOS
- Ensure Apple App Store compliance (policies, permissions, privacy, etc.)
- Prepare and submit the app for TestFlight
- Support the full TestFlight review process
- Make any required changes requested by Apple
- Successfully publish the app to the Apple App Store

Subscriptions / Payments
- The app currently uses Stripe for subscriptions
- I can remove Stripe before the project starts if needed
- If subscriptions are reintroduced later, that can be handled as a separate phase

Requirements

- iOS App Store submissions
- TestFlight setup and approval
- Apple App Store compliance and review process
- Wrapping or converting web apps into native iOS apps (Capacitor, Ionic, or similar)

Deliverables
- App successfully visible in App Store Connect
-TestFlight build approved and tested
- Final app approved and live on the Apple App Store
- Clear confirmation that all Apple requirements are met
