BarberHero: On-Demand Barber Service MVP

Project: BarberHero – Mobile App (MVP)

Hello,

I am building a startup in London called BarberHero.

It is an on-demand home barber service where customers can find nearby barbers and book appointments at home.

I am looking for a developer or small team to build a simple MVP version of the platform.

The project includes:
• Customer mobile app
• Barber mobile app
• Admin panel

Main concept:
The app is a mix between Uber (map with nearby barbers) and Booksy (calendar booking system).

Customer app:
• Map showing nearby barbers (with profile photo)
• Click on barber to view profile (photos, experience, reviews)
• View services, prices and availability
• Book instantly or schedule an appointment

Barber app:
• Create profile
• Upload photos and services
• Set prices
• Set availability (calendar)
• Go online/offline
• Receive and manage bookings

Admin panel:
• Approve barber accounts
• Manage users and bookings
• Basic platform control

Payments:
• Customer pays through the app
• Platform takes £5 commission per booking
• Simple payment flow (can be implemented using Stripe or similar)
