Auto Service Booking Mobile App
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I’m building an easy-to-use mobile app that lets our auto-dealership customers schedule service visits right from their phones. The app must run natively on both iOS and Android and follow a classic, straightforward visual style consistent with our existing branding.
Core workflow
• Customers pick from ten preset services—oil change, brakes, tires, and seven others we’ll supply in a simple list—then select a date and time that syncs to our service calendar.
• If the work they need isn’t on that list, they can choose “Other service” and type brief details so our team can prepare in advance.
• After a booking is confirmed, the system automatically pushes reminders as the appointment approaches and also sends occasional notifications about promotions or special offers we define.
Because all payments happen in person at the dealership, no payment gateway or in-app checkout is required.
Deliverables I expect
• Production-ready iOS and Android packages (App Store and Google Play compliant)
• Source code and project files
• Simple admin interface or config file that lets us update service slots, notification text, and promo messages without touching the code
• Brief hand-off guide covering build steps, certificates, and how to schedule push notifications
Acceptance criteria
– Users can complete a booking in three screens or fewer
– Push notifications arrive on both platforms in under one minute during tests
– App preserves booking data if the device loses its connection mid-flow and resends when online
