Apple PassKit for Store Loyalty Card

I need to generate and publish Apple PassKit Loyalty card for our business. You will get me to generate passkit file using attached designs, sign it and publish it. Previous experience creating Apple PassKit Loyalty cards is a must and reference will be checked.
