I want a fully functional offline-first application (Android + iOS + Windows) for automobile workshop service tracking.
This app will be used by:
Workshop Manager (WM)
Service Advisors (8–12 per workshop)
Admin (Owner)
The app should allow advisors to update vehicle status, notify customers via SMS/WhatsApp, and share all status updates with WM and Admin — all with LAN sync + offline data capability.

Add/update vehicle info: model, number, work type (Service / Running Repair / Express / Bodyshop Paid / Bodyshop Insurance)
Update status: Inward → Approval → Work in Progress → Ready to Wash → Delivered
Add delay reason (selectable and custom): Waiting for Approval, Parts Not Available, Postponed, Major Work, etc.
Get reminders every 2 hours for pending status
Notify customer (via SMS & WhatsApp) – SMS should be sent from advisor's own mobile
Can only send notification after internal approval
