Apple Mac program that has the search function iOS developer

You can search people‘s first name and last names and other details. I need a program that is like an intake you can input peoples information from a tablet or Mac. It should be integrated into iMac calendar. Using the information from the input or intake form The user should be able to fill out and create receipts or invoices. The receipts or invoices are item specific. A search function/drop down menu is an important for searching the item specific items. The iPad with the intake form has to get locked out so people can’t use it as a iPad but only as an intake form program.
