Apple Enterprise Certificate Required -- 2

I have an internal iOS application ready for release to our staff, but I do not want it on the public App Store. What I need, very specifically, is an Apple Developer Enterprise account holder with administrative authority who can rent me a fresh in-house distribution certificate. Once I have that certificate (and the matching provisioning profile) I will sign the IPA myself and make it available to my team through a secure direct download link.
