Android & iOS UI Layout Help

I need a fresh set of eyes on the layout side of my cross-platform app. The core screens are already coded in Kotlin (Android XML) and SwiftUI, but the overall look still feels inconsistent and a bit clunky.

What I’m after
• A cleaner, more intuitive arrangement of the navigation menus, button styles, and form fields on both platforms.
• Concrete suggestions translated into practical files or snippets I can drop straight into the existing projects—updated XML, SwiftUI views, or style resources as appropriate.
• Brief explanations of the decisions you make so I can keep everything consistent going forward.

How we’ll work
I’ll share Figma frames and current source files. You review, propose, and implement visual tweaks that respect each platform’s guidelines while still looking like the same product. Rapid iteration is welcome; I’ll be available to test builds quickly.
