All-In-One Delivery App

I want to launch a cross-platform mobile application that lets users order food, groceries, or arrange a courier-style pick-up and drop-off of virtually any item. The same app should also allow customers to pre-book deliveries for a specific day and time, so restaurants, stores, and individual senders can line up orders in advance.

Here are the core functions I need built:

• Multiple-item pick & drop in one request
• Appointment / time-slot scheduling for pick-ups and deliveries
• Real-time delivery tracking for the customer and driver
• Flexible “material” pick-up and delivery scheduling for business errands

I’m open to your UX recommendation on whether food and groceries should live in separate tabs or a unified flow—please outline why your approach will work best.

Deliverables should include:
• Customer-facing iOS and Android apps
• Driver module (can be a separate build or part of the same app)
• Simple web-based admin panel for managing orders, slots, drivers, and push notifications
• Source code, documentation, and a brief hand-off session
