Add VPN feature in my adblocker app

I have already published an app in the AppStore https://apps.apple.com/us/app/adblock-ad-blocker-for-safari/id1585498845

I like to add an additional tab screen with VPN where users can select the country and activate VPN.
For this, I need to set up servers in the "digital ocean" with iKev2 protocol
Connect with a client iOS App.
