Azure Devops Build and Sign Pipeline for Android and iOS Capacitor App

Hi,
I need someone to provide me with a clean, clear .yml file (or set of yml files) and instructions as needed that will enable me to build and sign (for Play Store / App Store) the Android and iOS versions of an Ionic / Capacitor app using a Azure Devops Pipeline.
The process only has to create the signed artifacts, as I am able to do the upload from there.
Please note:
This is a fixed price project (capped at $30) and speed is of the essence. I will only release payment once the pipeline has been run and signed builds of both Android and iOS have successfully been completed. As this should be a fairly generic process, no access to code my should be required. If you have any further questions, please reach out in chat.
