app ionic: create login -- 2

We need to do the register for a restaurant in a food delivery app, we have some restaurants added to the database but there is no way for them to register themselves.

So task would be to follow the register for client design, adding the restaurant fields, and adding 2 links for the registers(client and restaurant) after the splash screen
