Update ionic app

Hello,
We are a web agency. We have a project based on Ionic React to update and we would like to outsource this job.
The app is linked to an API (not in charge), and allow user to connect to the app. The app is used to take photos of invoice, and send it to the server. Nothing more.
The client would like to allow user to send multiple page invoice (only 1 photo is allowed right now), add set all the photos into a PDF and send it to the API.
