Technical Support with Ionic Build Process

I am an Ionic developer. I have created an app using the Kickoff Ionic wizard - https://kickoffionic.com/ - but when I go to run the app using Ionic serve, I get a Cannot Get / error. So I need someone to help me troubleshoot and fix. Someone that has experience with Ionic, Angular CLI and building these apps.
