Setup TestFlight and finish almost finished Ionic 3 app -- 2

We have an app built with Ionic 3, that is unfinished (but almost).
We need 2 things :
1 - Someone that can help us setup Test Flight so that we can test the app easily, and push updates easily without having to re-compile the app every time and manually install the app each time. With Test Flight we would also be able to send invites to other people to quickly test the app.
2 - A programmer that can help us finish it (there’s some functions that must be added).
The app is a CRM and a Route planner at the same time.
We are using Firebase to handle the database part. Some Google Maps API code too to handle the route planner part.
The App has a dashboard, calendar/tasks page, a route planner, a contacts section and a products section.
We were able to install it manually on our device and no errors were preventing us from doing so, so my guess is that it is also well coded.
Someone with experience with Ionic 3 should have no problem working on the project.
We need an advanced programmer, not someone that « knows how it works but never really worked with Ionic ».
First step would be to setup Test flight, and then we could talk about the app itself and the coding that must be done.
