Need ionic app developer to create an app for job bank like indeed

Need ionic app developer to develop android iOS and pwa for the following requirement.
Backend : laravel. We will provide API
Notification : One Signal
Front end : ionic need developer for this
Design and wireframe we will provide.
1. Sign up / Login Facebook login and google login as well
2. Connect with backend DB through REST API for employer / Job seeker info and job pool search
3. Forms - Resume builder and cover letter
4. Search by Location & Term
5. Search Results List view / Grid View
6. Single Job Display - Apply
7. Profile page- For both Employer and Job Seeker
8. Notifications - whenever new job is added and when it matches with the user criteria. For ex: if I save software developer as my notification preference then whenever software developer job is posted I have to get the notification.
9. Manage Jobs for Employer
10. Manage Applied jobs for Job seeker - Have provision to withdraw the application. Which also involves the updates.

12. tutorials for online learning. It’s like tutorial display by connecting with API
13. Language support for a English Inuktitut and French
14. Need to store the data locally. If no internet connection then show the locally saved jobs to the user along with Locally saved job details to the user. So app has to work based on the mobile internet speed
