Ionic web developer (support role to CTO)

Looking for a freelance developer who can help support the coding of a cross platform build on a flexible hourly basis.
CTO will be coding the majority of the build but requires some support on an hourly basis.
Will be likely on Ionic so requires experience with this platform in coding and following a finalised UX design.
