Ionic 4 page format adjust.

We have a Ionic 4 app. There is one page using ion-grid with some text, image and check box. However, the text, image and checkboxes are not aligned vertically because their sizes are not the same.
We need someone with hands-on experience to help us make the element aligned vertically.
