Ionic Mobile App Wireframe

I'm looking to have an ionic framework app built using version 6+. What I am looking for is not a whole app but a framework to build on top of. It's not important to know what type of app it is or the other components that I will build into it therefore there is no reason for us to have a "discussion about the app". If you have very specific questions about the requirements listed below, I will answer your questions promptly. I am NOT interested in any other mobile app platform unless it is compatible with BOTH Android and IOS using a single code base. Do not worry about the UI. There are many beautiful ionic themes out there that I can later integrate.

The stack:
• Firebase
• Ionic framework 6+

The key components required are:
• Push notifications using FCM (While app is closed)
• Realtime In-App messaging (While app is opened)
• Phone Auth (SMS) During sign up
• Basic sign up / login form
• Simple chat screen

Must work for:
• Android
• IOS

For the project to be considered successful, a user should be able to sign up, get the SMS code, register, receive a push notification while the app is closed. Upon clicking the push notification, the app opens. Once the app is opened, a new incoming push notification would be posted as a real-time in-app message. FCM should be able to see the receiver's response from the chat.
