Ionic App Upgrade for Enhanced Performance

I have three existing Ionic apps with static content. These apps are currently built using an older version of Ionic and need to be upgraded to the latest version, along with Capacitor integration. After the upgrade, I want to generate APK files for each of the apps so I can upload them myself to the Google Play Store.

Additionally, I want the static content of these apps to be moved and stored on Firebase, so the apps can fetch the content dynamically from the Firebase database.

Project Scope:

Ionic Upgrade:

Upgrade all three apps to the latest version of Ionic.
Integrate Capacitor to ensure compatibility with the latest mobile platform requirements.
Static Content Hosting:

Migrate the existing static content of the apps to Firebase.
Modify the apps to fetch the static content dynamically from Firebase.
APK Generation:

Build and generate APK files for each app after the upgrade.
Ensure the APKs are production-ready and optimized for Play Store upload.
Deliverables:

Upgraded and functioning versions of all three apps with Firebase integration.
APK files for each app.
Source code for all apps after the upgrade.
Requirements:

Experience with Ionic, Capacitor, and Firebase.
Ability to build and deliver production-ready APK files.
Clean and maintainable code.
Clear communication during the project.
Additional Information:

I will handle the uploading of the APKs to the Play Store myself.
I need the APKs delivered with proper documentation on how Firebase is integrated, so I can manage content updates in the future.
