Ionic/Angular app for job postings

I am looking to create a cross platform android and ios app in ionic and angular along with the DB backend. There will be two versions of the app Operator (Paid monthly subscription) and Consumer (free), The operator will have access to create job listings and edit their own listings. Vendors will be able to create a profile with contact details to be contacted for services. The consumer app should be able to see all these listings and apply for jobs/contact vendors without needing to sign in. The UI can be basic for the MVP and will be worked on over time. the functionality and authentication is the first priority.
