Finish an App built on IONIC framework in 8 days maximum

We are looking for developers to finish an application built on IONIC framework. We have practically all the screens completed (design and development) and part of the connection to the webservice is functional (important to have great experience with PHP). We need a developer who can finish the application. We would like to have the application completed in 8 days maximum. If the application is not finished in 8 days, there will be no payment for the service.
