Finalize app ionic/capacitor

We already have our responsiveness webpage startupswallet.com need to be transformed into android and iOS app with Capacitor.
Development was almost done (have already specific repo) so need to be finalised.

1. you need to take latest code from FE repo
1.1 this repo is updated often so need to be easy update app. Need to create guide for it

2. need to create guide to build app (for android and iOS) —> so that I can test your progress
2.1 deploy for test on android (me or other friends)

3. Manage push notification (if are enable for app --> the api that enable/disable notification from app is already implemented)
4. Manage back button & manage 2 back for close
5. login with finger print
6. manage offline (view portfolio, if not logged user show message)
7. test all works on all devices (android, iOS)
8. publish on android (also on test section so I can send to friends also)
