Figma Responsive Mobile and Web App Design, Ionic UI components required

Need a complex business user experience designed in Figma for an application that is responsive and can run both on the web and on mobile. Need to use Ionic UI components for later compilation to a mobile app. The business application will need to perform a LOT of interviews through a chat-like interface. Hierarchy: The top-level object is a PROJECT. Within a Project are several Streams of work, then Multiple Business Areas within each Stream, multiple Topics within each Area, optional subtopics to group questions, and then the questions themselves. Questions are multi-part, meaning if you answer yes or no, the system would ask for one or more clarifications as a follow-up, but not as a different question. Different questions relate to different issues. You can have 10 to 100 questions on a given Topic, 100's in a given Area, and eventually 1000's in a Project. To win this Freelancer project, PLEASE PROVIDE A FIGMA LAYOUT USING IONIC UI COMPONENTS OF HOW YOU WOULD ENABLE A MULTI-PART QUESTION INTERVIEW USER INTERFACE and PROVIDE THE FIGMA REFERENCE FOR US TO REVIEW. EXAMPLE: Have you performed a background check on every employee prior to offering a job to each one? Options: YES/NO/UNKNOWN. If the answer is not YES, then the second part of the question is: Approximately what number of employees have not gone through a full background check? Provide an integer input field. You should now show the subparts if the answer was YES. Second follow-up question: Are any of those who did not go through a background check currently have a managerial position or above? Provide an integer input field. The next question, not a sub-part of the first question is: Have you performed a background check on every contractor prior to offering a contract for work? TO WIN THE PROJECT, you should be creative but efficient with your space consumption. PLEASE SHOW OR EXPLAIN how you would want to organize the Project/Streams/Areas/Topics that contain each group of 10-100 questions and their subparts. Ideally, show your idea in a MOBILE LAYOUT since it is the most constrained. Please show/explain how you would handle (1) light/dark mode and (2) i18n as a bonus point as we want to make sure you have expertise in Figma and Ionic UI for a business application.
