Cross platform (ionic/react native) Web App to run on desktop and phone.

Req: Need an application which can run on desktop or mobile all resolutions.
Application should be dockerized , deployed to Aws EKS with service monitor.
Preferred technologies- ionic/react native for cross platform, react/angular for frontend, nodejs/java backend , any db.
Need codewalk through and deployment scripts and instructions.
Application : student registration and fee collection
Admin add students
Admin make fee entry.
Student can signup and will added after email confirmation and activation process.
