Cross Platform UX/UI for an existing conferencing backend with API

We have an existing conferencing system which streams real-time pubsub events on a redis server. We want to develop a multi-widget UI which can leverage the existing API, and allow for users to join and collaborate in the conferencing.
This UI application will sit behind an IDP server support OAuth2.0 (using Auth0), and will display real time change in UI based on the events received in the pubsub. It should be highly customisable, such that users can configure individual elements of widget. The application should be completely cross platform and should be able to render as iOS and Android App.
The backend is cloud-based and extremely scaleable.
