Create a new app module.

We have an exit Ionic 5 app, and we need to create a new module of it. The basic features of this module is for user to choose a date from available dates on calendar, and then select items and add-ons, after fill out basic information and then checkout.
You only need to implement the front side using Ionic 5 components, the backend implementation will be done by others separately. However, you will need to work with backend for the service calls.
The delivery include the working front end pages and styles.
