Create ESC printing templates from these images

We already have an ionic app setup, with receipt printing with 2 templates. I just need these templates changed to look like this. the existing templates are very similar. I will provide source code.

Looking for someone who wants a quick job please to not offer more than 40$ this is my budget. Thanks.
