Convert a simple Ionic 1 app to Ionic 4

I have an ionic 1 application that has been running for many years without maintenance, but now Google requires a newer platform. It is an application where the user informs his username and password to access the registration of his dog in a canine day care. The user can see a calendar of events, conditions, hosting history and can press a button to inform that he is on the way. After pressing this button, the app continues sending the cell phone position until the customer presses the arrival button. This position submission continues to occur in backgroup (minimized app). He can also receive a notification (push) with some information from the daycare center (simple text)
I will provide the old sources code to be used as base of the app. There is no need for server side code. The API is a rest service and still running in production.
The iOS version is still running, I can compile to iOS. Now I need a Android compatible version with the actual SDK.
