Build me a mobile app for my web application using Ionic framework

I have a web application built using Angular for frontend and Laravel API for backend. (For payments, I've used Mollie API).

I need someone to build me the mobile app using Ionic framework. To have a general idea:

The mobile app will have 3 features:
1. Takeaway
2. Shopping
3. Book tables in restaurants around you

The mobile app will have 2 type of users
1. Final consumer
2. Delivery guys
