I have an Ionic App where users can take images and videos and post them to their profile page. The picture quality and background are smooth.
I need someone to create 3D image overlay with facial recognition to display over the user's face and head and take pictures and record videos.

I had 2 developers already try this but they both failed. The background on the videos was not smooth when you moved the camera around. It was like frames were missing. One of the developers wanted me to pay a monthly fee and use this: https://www.deepar.ai I will not pay for this. If deepar.ai can do it, then I should be able to do it too.
