Monthly QuickBooks Recurring Invoicing
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need a reliable QuickBooks specialist to take full ownership of my monthly billing cycle. Every month a set group of clients must be invoiced through QuickBooks on a recurring schedule. Your job is to:
• Build or refine the recurring-invoice templates so the correct items, taxes, and due dates populate automatically.
• Ensure the invoices are issued on schedule, track their payment status inside QuickBooks, and record every payment the moment it clears.
• Keep the customer ledger tidy by resolving any duplicate or misapplied payments you notice.
• Send polite payment reminders when an invoice slips past its due date (QuickBooks’ built-in reminders are fine as long as they go out).
• Provide me a concise month-end summary: invoices sent, payments received, and any accounts that still need attention.
Right now I’m only looking for help with invoicing and payments, not full bookkeeping. We’re open to whichever payment gateway you are most comfortable connecting (PayPal, Stripe, Square, etc.) as long as it syncs cleanly with QuickBooks.
If you have proven experience managing recurring invoices inside QuickBooks Online or Desktop and can commit to hitting the same calendar deadlines every month, I’d love to work with you.
