Data Entry & Invoicing Specialist

I run a hauling and supplies company and need an experienced hand to jump straight into our QuickBooks file. The immediate priorities are:
• Recording tonnage, ticket numbers, and haul rates accurately, categorized correctly
• Generating clean, professional invoices right after each haul, then reconciling payments as they arrive.
Speed matters—I’d like to see a repeatable workflow in place as soon as possible. Accuracy, confidentiality, and familiarity with QuickBooks are non-negotiable; if you already have proven shortcuts for bulk uploads or customized invoice templates, even better. I would like all tables to
look like the one in the attachment
Once everything is up to date, we can discuss ongoing work to keep the books current, but for now the focus is on delivering fully updated customer and expense records plus all outstanding invoices, ready for my review. If you can start right away, let’s talk.
