Complete Zoho Books Setup
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I have just subscribed to Zoho Books and want the entire system ready for day-to-day use without the usual trial-and-error. Your mission is to handle the full initial setup and configuration so I can start invoicing, tracking expenses, and managing inventory right away.
What I need configured
• Invoicing & Billing – branded templates, recurring schedules, late-fee rules, tax settings, and online payment options
• Expense Tracking – bank feeds or statement imports, expense categories, tax mapping, and receipt capture workflows
• Inventory Management – item lists with opening stock, price tiers, reorder points, and valuation method
Acceptance criteria
• The company profile, fiscal year, chart of accounts, and all statutory tax rates are correctly entered and tested.
• Sample invoice, expense, and inventory transactions flow through to the correct accounts without errors.
• A brief handover document or recorded walkthrough shows me how to use the configured features.
