Project Overview
The Embassy of Hungary in Riyadh will host an exclusive reception and business dialogue on Creative Industries and Smart City Solutions on 12 October 2025.
The invitation must communicate prestige, diplomacy, and exclusivity while being visually elegant and culturally resonant for high-profile Saudi guests (CEOs, senior government officials, giga-project leaders).
Objectives
• Position the event as a high-level diplomatic reception.
• Create an inviting yet formal tone that reflects the stature of the Embassy and the significance of Hungarian–Saudi cooperation.
• Ensure cultural sensitivity and appeal to Saudi decision-makers.
• Provide a clear, easy-to-read format with essential details (date, time, location, RSVP).
